About
POOLAH is a non-profit community organization registered under the Societies Act of Alberta. It exists to promote culture, solidarity, and collective development within the diaspora, while encouraging members' harmonious integration into Canadian society. The Association is independent of any political, religious, or tribal organization, and is established for an indefinite duration.
Our working languages are French, English, and Ghomala, with French as the principal language of communication. Our mission is to promote unity, solidarity, culture, and the development of our members, both here in Canada and in Cameroon.
Our motto: "United by our roots, strong through our actions." Our slogan: "Poolah… Kuicheu."
